Nut trap test

This makes the nut trap test object something that you can hold while screwing in to test the nut trap. It adds renders and instructions for testing.

  • The body of the nut trap is the same as the body of the tool for bedding the hex head screws into the large gears/thumbwheels. This should be made into a module before merging.

Removes the "details" box from the printer test instructions page because we do not include that box on any of the other instructions.

Follows on from !402 (merged), which must be merged first.
