Electronics drawer, software and wiring instructions

The 'complete the wiring' pages of the instructions have not got complete sets of images. This MR makes new renders and updates the instructions to make the process clearer.

  • add scad for renders of the electronics drawer preparation
  • add scad for renders or the drawer nut in the microscope stand
  • add scad for renders of fitting Pi and Sangaboard to the electronics drawer
  • add scad for renders of fitting the drawer to the microscope stand
  • add renders to render.py
  • re-write wiring.md
  • add installing SD card on the Pi

This also deals with some items on OFEP5
