Draft: Create HQ camera support with sensor in same plane as current RMS module

Adding HQ camera support as a drop in replacement on the RMS module for the current Pi Camera 2

  • Create a camera functions equivalent to other camera.scad type functions
  • Create a camera cover
  • Do basic test for hardware collisions
  • Try out in a microscope
  • Assembly renders and instructions

Note that this branch takes a bit of a different approach to !376 which retains most of the C-mount lens mount creating a very large camera mount, this is also designed only to work with the existing tube lens rather than to for testing working off conjugates.
