Low backlash large gear

Note, This contains all commits of !371 (merged). That should be merged first and then this should be rebased

This uses a gripping nut trap (from the actuator columns) to hold the screw tight to reduce backlash. Works well on my printer here.

Before merge this should:

• Be tested on more than one printer
• As we can't assume everyone has a 5.5mm spanner we will need an assembly tool.
• Update instructions and renders for assembly process
