remove solder_led.md from upright instructions

Addressing #347 (closed) , the Upright instructions assume that the soldered 5mm LED is required. This was the case for the original Upright condenser, but the condenser was changed to use the LED PCB (or the 5mm LED workaround as an option) !316 (merged).

This MR updates the Upright instructions to remove reference to the 5mm LED by default. The solder_led.md page is now only used in the workaround, so it is moved into the sub-folder with the rest of the workaround files.
