Adding the 7inch LCD screen to the electronics components we render
This screen is not used in the OFM, it is used in the field dissection microscope. It felt better not to split the component rendering across multiple repositories. And this might be useful for an OFM with integrated screen down the line.
Adds code to draw a full size HDMI connector. And adds display_7inch_lcd(); to electronics.scad in the render libraries. This produces:
