Knock out plates to cover the reflection optics holes when not used
This merge request adds knock-out plates to fill in the reflection/fluorescence optics cut-outs in the main body and the base when reflection optics are not used.
It also changes the built shape of the cut-out a little, the mid_cutout_w
was defined but did not actually feature in the shape before as it was hull()
not sequential_hull()
. The shape is also defined differently, as an extruded polygon rather than as a sequential hull.
The plates are held by webs that can be cut with a knife if a reflection optics module will be used. The web length is not long enough to cut the webs with side-cutters.
Closes #280 (closed) (only closes item 1 in that issue related to defining the cut-out shape, not item 2 relating to bridging at the top of the cut-out which is considered not to be a problem)
