nano position in nano_converter_plate.scad

Correction to nano_convertor_plate.scad to put the Arduino nano in the correct place.
Explicit assignment to the position of the connector in sangaboard v0.4 is required now that the sanga_connector_x can take different values dependent on sanga_version
