Document LED wiring

I've added instructions and an image to power the LED from the Sangaboard, and a work-around page describing powering the LED from the Pi. The latter is not part of the instructions for clarity.

As a bonus, I wrote a why page on why the resistor is needed, because I found myself wanting to put it in the bullet points.
