Introduce scad dictionaries

Adds dictionary like features to OpenSCAD. The dictionaries are unittested and pretty fast. Will be used when we nee groups of variable to be passed around.

This adds the dictionary structure and starts to use it in certain places. It also introduces some rendering for the documentation.
