Illumination cleanup

Clean up code.

Make condenser customisable by arguments:

  • lens_d: lens diameter
  • lens_t: lens thickness
  • lens_assembly_z : relates to z position of lens, useful for different focal lengths. This should be adapted into a focal length parameter at some point.
