Json build output stand height

Add comments and constraint for stand height. I think this means we could actually remove the entry on the form for microscope_stand:h because it's already fully constrained by the options I've specified?

Also fix issue with the motor driver case (it was set to appear only when "feet" were selected, should have been "bucket").
