Add .gitlab-ci.yml for autobuilding STLs

I have set up the high-powered digitalocean runner for this repo already so merging this should trigger the first official STL autobuild! Zips are downloadable through:

https://gitlab.com/openflexure/openflexure-microscope/-/jobs/artifacts/<ref>/download?job=STLs

and files through:

https://gitlab.com/openflexure/openflexure-microscope/-/jobs/artifacts/<ref>/raw/<path_to_file>?job=STLs

Where <ref> is a git branch, tag or sha (e.g. master or v5.20.0)

Merge request reports
