Convert to LabThings 0.7 style

This will introduce comaptibility with the upcoming LabThings 0.7 upgrade (https://github.com/labthings/python-labthings/pull/110)

The change is breaking, but only internally. The "public" API is totally unchanged, but the syntax for marshalling and web args is simplified.
