Draft: Calibration suite

Relies on !209 (closed) being merged first.

Will keep this as draft until !209 (closed) is merged.

This branch is aiming to make a calibration suite which will appear when a microscope is first booted up but also accessible at any point through the GUI. The calibration steps are camera calibration, camera stage mapping, range of motion and (optionally) MICAT.
