Improvements to autofocus and stitching in `smart_scan`.

There's now a property to generate a TIFF of the stitched image after performing a scan.

Stitching progress is now reported live, by piping the output of the stitching process through to the logs.

Autofocus is checked during scans, and if it appears to have gone wrong, the autofocus step will be repeated.
