Added multiple functions

• Allowing (but not forcing) fast autofocus commands to include range param 'dz'
• Added comments to RAM capture and removed params as it only supports preview
• Task polling for capture to disk
• Functions to list all capture ids, delete image from id, pull metadata from image, download from Pi to local, pull the settings file, move in either pixels or percent of the FOV
• Fast autofocus now has optional argument dz
