feat: remove async story points estimation session

Description

We're dropping the async estimation sessions since we're not using it, and retaining it at this point just adds noise to the sprint. See https://forum.opencraft.com/t/task-estimation-sessions-bebop/2080 for more information.

For now, there will be no formal process for estimating story points, which will basically match what we're currently doing anyway. There is interest for investigating alternate methods for collaboratively estimating, and this is something we'll probably look into in the coming months.
