Testing instructions

  1. Follow the instructions in the automation documentation for setting up local operation.
  2. Be sure the variables are set for CC Summary, but DO NOT populate the Discourse variables unless you want to ping everyone with your test output. :)
  3. Run make post_cc_hours_summary
