Cells membership changes: newcomers & departure

@symbolist @pauloviadanna Last batch of additions to the team before leaving - 5 newcomers coming your way. :) Note that 3 of them start next week: Ariel and Maurier on Monday, and Giovanni on Tuesday, so you won't have much time to find them a mentor - sorry about the short notice, I didn't get time to onboard them earlier this week. They will all also need their screening and trial reviews scheduled, as usual.
