Junior developer role

We have been wanting to find a way to integrate junior developers in the team for some time, and this is a potential approach for this. It is based on https://forum.opencraft.com/t/recruitment-trial-projects-bounties/1163#bounties-2 and iterated based on the concrete case of @michaelbukachi who we would like to have in the team.
