[BIZ-1999] Add Scope of Work to Glossary, add a few links to existing entries.
This MR adds in a missing entry to the glossary (Scope of Work) and adds in some links from the sales documentation to the glossary.

Author notes and concerns:
- I didn't see any other obvious terms that should have an entry (I think I got most of them when I added the initial glossary entries when adding the sales info the first time). If there are any more that probably need a glossary entry that you can see, let me know.
- There were one or two places where the term 'RFP' was used and it included a summary definition, or it had been linked fairly recently in previous text. In that case I didn't link the term since following the term to the glossary would be an unneeded context switch for the reader. I hope that's OK!
