Recruitment process change - Moved first meeting with Xavier

Since I now meet with all the selected candidates before their onboarding, to discuss the contractual bits and the processes with them then, the initial 121 after onboarding becomes redundant. I'm thus removing the requirement for candidates to book it, in the initial email sent to them during onboarding, only keeping the one at the end of the trial period.
