[SE-4445] Update all references to the handbook

Description

This MR update all the references to the OpenCraft handbook. Changes made in the MR-287 for the OpenCraft handbook result in updating of references in the onboarding course.

Testing Instruction

  1. Download the Onboarding course as a tar.gz file after changing the branch to skchoudhary/se-4445-update-links-for-handbook
  2. Setup a Juniper/Koa edX devstack
  3. In Studio, create a new course
  4. Import the newly created zip file to the course
  5. Check for all the references to the handbook are referencing to the right section or page.

Other information

  • OpenCraft Handbook MR-287 needed to be merged and deployed beforehand.
