[STAR-2235] docs: reword the current time logging unit and add new tools

Boros Gábor requested to merge gabor/update-time-trackers into onboarding

Description

This PR adds Harvest as a new tool for logging time, stresses out that time should be uploaded daily and adds time syncing tool support.

After merging this PR, newcomers will know that they can sync their time with Samuel's tempoit, Giovanni's time syncing script, and Gábor's mintues so we will cover 4 tools to track time besides Tempo.
