[SE-5480] Install comprehensive theme into the MFE container
This patches the MFE build process to install the comprehensive theme as a NPM package into the MFE container to ensure that MFE pages are styled. This depends on grove!100 (merged), which copies the comprehensive theme into the MFE build folder while preparing the instance build.
