[BB-6982] feat: SuiteCRM customizations, taller note field in particular

This MR initializes the repo with our custom files for SuiteCRM, which are overriding some parts of its code in order to customize our instance as we need.

Read this article to understand how the custom directory works.

To test this MR, go though the steps in the Deployment readme section, but changing suitecrm-custom-main with suitecrm-custom-0x29a-taller-note-field.
