Hotfix: TODO "comment" in the wrong location parsed as part of the string

Bug

When reverting the value of REACT_APP_DOCS and adding a TODO comment inline, the comment ended up parsed as part of the string, and appearing on the frontend.

Relates to #38 (closed).
