FAL-2127 #1 Copy rethinking sprint retro discovery from google docs

Before merge:

@antoviaque must approve the discovery and time estimates -
create tickets for each point in the discovery. This involves creating an issue on this project in gitlab with the description. Then create a new ticket on jira linked to the sprint planning checklist automation epic, and link to the gitlab issue in the description field. -
update the discovery doc here to link to each ticket / issue from each point.
