fix: use platform build args

Boros Gábor requested to merge gabor/fix-base-image-build into gabor/refactor-do-provider

Description

This MR is about adding the usage for the EDX_PLATFORM_REPOSITORY and EDX_PLATFORM_VERSION environment variables, parsed from the config.yml file of instances.

Also, this MR ensures using the above-mentioned variables in the batch upgrade/deployment workflow.
