Updates the README to add tips and TODOs
Adds a few things to the README:
- commands for accessing the Tutor pod shells and logs
- troubleshooting gotchas relating to DigitalOcean and the provisioning process
- a section of TODOs for "shared hosting", so we can see what we need to do to use this for Ocim.
Testing instructions
- Test the useful commands added for accuracy.
- Read the troubleshooting tips and added TODOs for clarity and accuracy.
