[BB-7542] fix: CI/CD pipeline

The pipeline is failing, because the tools-containers image version is:

• so old it's not even in the registry
• the changes are incompatible with older versions

Pinned Grove version to the merge commit of grove!206 (merged) - 67a2b20082fb3e1ac684c17929b08cab2a743591.
