feat: add forum support

Description

In order to have a functioning discussion forum, we need to add support for mongodb+srv records.

Without dnspython the connection string cannot be parsed.

Testing instructions

• Check the pipeline https://gitlab.com/opencraft/devstacks/keith/grove-do/-/jobs/3097191978 was successful (a lot of the steps are CACHED, but that just means they're passed already).
