FAL-1838 Tweaks iteration 1
This makes tweaks as requested by the client (see feedback doc linked on FAL-1838).
Test instructions:
- set up the backend at the revision from backend-app-course-search!7 (merged)
- write something in the search field and execute the search (hit 'enter' or click the search icon)
- click the 'x' icon in the search field bar
- verify that the search results refresh
- verify that the search sort order auto updates to 'relevance' after running a search in the search field when it was previously blank
- verify that the search sort order auto updates to 'publication date' after clearing the search in the search field
- add several tags to course metadatas from the admin
- experiment with the tag input and verify expected operation (it must include feedback when no tags found, must be accessible, and must have common/expected behaviour to select and remove tags from the filters)
