This PR reverts the changes to pin the xqueue source repository and version in https://github.com/open-craft/opencraft/pull/274/ and the changes to pin the certs source repository and version in https://github.com/open-craft/opencraft/pull/276/. This is in preparation for the Hawthorn upgrade which already has the fixes in our current pinned branches.
