feat: validate identification field of BankAccount model
Description
Validates that the required fields in BankAccount model are submitted
Testing instructions
- Go to staging server and try adding a new bank account via https://stage.billing.opencraft.com/admin/bank/bankaccount/add/
- Verify that the validations are working correctly for the identification field.
