Remove inode prereq

New feature description

Under the assumption (which might be a poor assumption) that inode is a legacy dependency it is being removed since the installation process is currently broken for downloading and install inode which is blocking the opencpi installation.

Acceptance criteria

• remove inode
• remove inode dependencies
• remove inode references
