Junos Pulse → Pulse Connect Secure

Dimitri Papadopoulos Orfanos requested to merge DimitriPapadopoulos/openconnect:Junos_Ivanti into master

The product name was changed to Pulse Connect Secure after Juniper sold the Junos Pulse business in 2014.

Pulse Secure was acquired by Ivanti in 2020.

So get rid of "Junos Pulse" wherever it appears.

In the process, deprecate option --juniper, use --protocol=nc instead.
