Fix broken links in documentation

Broken links found using:

linkchecker --check-extern https://www.infradead.org/openconnect/index.html

I am unable to fix all broken links, for example those pointing to the OpenSSL old bug tracker and source control.

MeeGo appears to have been abandoned, so I have removed any reference to it. I am not sure about ConnMan: is it still relevant?
