Draft: PAM authentication and RADIUS attributes

Dimitri Papadopoulos Orfanos requested to merge feature_PAM_Framed-IP-Address into master

While directly using RADIUS authentication is preferable to using RADIUS through PAM, it seems OK to read and use the RADIUS attributes that PAM is able to let through (currently Framed-IP-Address only).

Not sure about the security implications at this point.

Fixes #595.
