Generate man pages with correct file names

On Debian unstable, using ronn -r ocpasswd.8.md > ocpasswd.8 will actually write to ocpasswd.8.md.8, and make will touch an empty ocpasswd.8 file as stamp.

Tested with ruby-ronn/0.8.0-2 on Debian unstable.
