FR-53407: Multi-record activation/deactivation

Add a new feature request to the BO to give the user the ability to activate or deactivate several records at the same time.

  • Add a new button to the ob-tollbar.js.

  • Apply the icon.

  • Define a tooltip.

  • Create the dropdown list.

  • Set up the readonly logic.

The audit trail changes is still pending.
