Fixed ISSUE-51752: Transactional filters are no longer stored in saved views
requested to merge openbravo/devel/openbravo:fix/51752-transactional-filters-are-applied-even-if-they-are-disabled into master
Now instead of always storing the transactional filters in the saved views, they will not be saved and instead will only be displaye if they have not been disabled in the grid configuration.
