FR-46363: removes "agile ERP" from openbravo logo

Requirements

The requirements implemented by this MR are:

• Replace backoffice's login page's Openbravo logo with a new one removing the "agile ERP"
• Replace backoffice's "powered by Openbravo" logo that appears on the top right part with one removing the "agile ERP"
• Unify the "powered by Openbravo" logo that appears on the top right part displaying the same logo for community and professional instances
• Remove forge logo from login page and the possibility to display it
• Replace the link to the IT service to https://www.openbravo.com/services/support-maintenance in new instances (after install.source)
