Fixes ISSUE-56944: Add index in C_SUBSTITUTIVEINVOICE.DATEINVOICED column

Created it in the same way it is created the C_INVOICE_CLIENT_ORG_DATE_DOC index in C_Invoice table, but reordering ad_org_id and ad_client_id columns as they are less restrictive.
