Fixed ISSUE-55544: Added a global margin variable to OBStandardView

In the BO, there should be a way to define a Margin for the whole standard view
This will allow to make more modern skins
Example with the new globalMargin set to "0" (default and current case)
Example with the new globalMargin set to "40"
