Fixes ISSUE-48680: Two Remittance lines related to the same Payment In

Two remittance lines are related to the same Payment In/Order/Invoice if two differents users select the same payment, order or invoice when lines are been created

A new validation check was added when new lines are created to avoid relations between differents line to the same payment, order or invoice
