Fixed Issue-53554: Problem in mantis patch parameters 51594

The customer has detected that in the diff corresponding to mantis 51594 there is a parameter setting error. The OBQuery above is being used to assign the parameters in the one below. The acctSchemaTables List now queries on a new instance, instead of the previous instance used.

Tested in IDE with debug mode, posts correctly in the DB and runs the query.
