Fixes BUG-0052203: RM-5755- DOI API Import with 2 lines with same upc

**workWithNegativeStockIfPossible update existing movementline only if it was created previously for same storage bin as the over issue locator. **Add no stock error message when linesadd is zero and pending qty is greater than zero as well.
