WKT rework v2 - saving and parsing values for export and upload

The handling of the 4 geometry type needed some refactoring, to now what kind of data the wkt type columns hold. Added wkt parser functions, and made the upload and export changes. Uploading is not working yet, it must be a server side problem.

This merge request will be merged into the main polygon feature branch, then the finished polygon feature will be merged to testing
